Dive Dominica - Fort Young Hotel

The reefs of Dominica hold surprises for even the most seasoned diver. Frogfish, Seahorses, Flying Gurnards, Snake Eels - these rare creatures become almost daily encounters. Location

PADI Five Star and DAN member, on-site at the Castle Comfort Dive Lodge with daily boat pick up/drop off at the Fort Young Hotel's private dock. Rental gear, course and Nitrox available at Castle Comfort with gear storage, rinse tank available to Fort Young Hotel guests.

Dive Boats

Dive Dominica Operates 5 custom built dive boats fully equipped with oxygen, safety equipment, marine head, dive ladders, partially shaded area; Sting Ray (96 pax), Barana (50 snorkelers/40 whale-watchers, glass bottom port), Olga (24 divers w/ upper sun deck) Arienne (20 divers, camera rinse tank), Yan Yan (10 divers).

Whales and Dolphins

Dominica is widely considered to be one of the best areas in the Caribbean for encounters with numerous species of whales & dolphins. Dive Dominica the only company that has directional hydrophones to locate and listen to these animals.

Instruction

If you haven't been diving in a while and would like to get wet and refresh your skills with one of our PADI instructors before your 'serious' Dominica diving, then we encourage you to take a Scuba Review.
